Toddler Swimming Lessons
(2 – 4 years old)
Indoor Heated Pools . Well-proven Curriculum . Over 20000 Happy Students
Learning to swim is not just about learning a new skill, it’s about planting the seeds of confidence and safety in water for a lifetime
Young children learn to swim better in a happy environment, that is why they should come to Happy Fish. Introducing swimming to your young children helps them to prepare for proper swimming and leads them to healthy lifestyle! More importantly, it can help save lives. We are aware of their needs as well as their attention span. Having classes with a shorter duration can improve their focus and develop a willing to learn attitude. Furthermore, a smaller class size would ensure that equal attention is given to each of them.
Development
It’s ideal to cultivate a positive attitude when young. By providing your child with swimming lessons, it can teach them to lead a healthy lifestyle. This is important as kids tend to pick things up when they are young. By teaching them to lead a healthy lifestyle from young, it helps to develop a positive character in the future.
Child’s Experience
Our toddler aquatic specialists are committed to ensure a comfortable learning experience for you and your child. We have specially designed our syllabus in a step by step manner to cater to young children’s ability. For parents who prefer a more personal class, they have the option of choosing a private lesson. This gives your child full attention for 30 minutes. On the other hand, for parents who prefer their child to share the joy and experience with other toddlers, the group lessons awaits them!

Yes, we provide 4 make-up credits for each term. We will offer alternative class slots at a similar level for your toddler to attend as a make-up lesson.
Can parents join the class with their toddlers?
Yes, we will require one parent to actively participate in the class alongside their toddler to provide support and encouragement.
What should we bring for the lesson?

What is the group size and class duration?
The toddler class has a maximum of 6 students per class, and each lesson lasts 30 minutes.
Can my toddler with a medical condition participate in swimming lessons?
At Happy Fish, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students. If your toddler has a medical condition, we recommend consulting with your doctor before enrolling them in swimming lessons. Please inform our staff about any medical conditions or special needs your toddler may have so that we can ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
My child is toilet trained. Why does he have to wear a swim diaper?

How can you support your child’s swimming journey?
- Baby understands your body language and subtle changes. Stay calm, relaxed, and always wear your best smile! Your little one will soon discover the joy and fun of swimming.
- Remember, every child is unique. Don’t expect your baby to submerge or swim immediately after being introduced to the water. Focus on long-term goals and avoid stressing over short-term achievements.
- Be patient and allow your baby to develop and improve at their own pace. There’s no need to rush the process.
- Consistent practice is key. Children learn more effectively through short, frequent, and regular visits rather than occasional long ones.
- If your child accidentally swallows water during the lesson, cough together and gently pat their back. Praise them for trying, and always wear your best smile! Encouragement is essential for children to enjoy and have fun.
- Crying during a lesson doesn’t mean your child isn’t ready for swimming. They may be adjusting to new surroundings or simply having an off day. Give your child time to build confidence, and soon they’ll enjoy this wonderful experience in a relaxed environment with us.
