We've got your covered!
1-for-1 Replacement
Receive one complimentary replacement class when you submit a reschedule request via the Parent Portal at least 2 hours in advance.
14-Day Booking Window
Once your request is submitted, you have 14 days to book your new class. Please wait to select your date until you are fully ready to return to the pool!
Medical Extensions
If your child is unwell and needs more time to recover beyond the 15 days, simply share a valid Medical Certificate (MC) with us to request an extension.
Admin Fee
To support smooth scheduling for everyone, any further changes made after a replacement is confirmed will incur a $15 admin fee.
Adult & Lady Classes
These specific programs provide students with 4 complimentary self-practice sessions to perfect their skills instead of the standard replacement policy.
